If you‘re on the late stage of your ACL Rehab and you feel lost on how to continue your trainings, that‘s how I can help you.

We’ll do a first video call meeting where we discuss goals and test the abilities of the knee at baseline.
Following to that, I‘ll create a training plan, tailored on your needs, abilities, weaknesses: it will challenge and will motivate you to perform all these heavy exercises alone you‘d never choose to do.

Suzanne is a mountain guide and an incredible alpinist and climber.
It has always been a pleasure to witness her push the body to the limit in my fitness classes as she prepared to climb Nanga Parbat, without oxygen support.

She reached the summit and returned to base camp in an incredibly fast time. But unfortunately, her toes 1–4 of the right foot had to be amputated upon her return to Switzerland.

Thanks to the excellent work of her surgeon, her endless motivation, and our work together, Suzanne has come back stronger than ever:
• Returned to work as a ski patrol just 4 months post-amputation
• Back to sport climbing 5 months later with a custom-made climbing shoe
• Returned to freeriding by March 2024
• Guided clients to the summit of the Matterhorn exactly one year after her accident

I’m deeply honored to have witnessed her transformation, and to capture Suzanne, once again, back in her climbing shoes.
